Woman of pressdog® Collete Davis is in Palm Beach, Florida today to test with Team USA, a racing team formed to compete in the open-wheel Panam GP Series.
Per Team USA’s website at panamgp.us:
“The Panam GP Series is the only motor racing series in America which has backing from the prestigious Scuderia Ferrari F1 Team. The Ferrari F1 Driver Academy will recruit the top 3 drivers from the Panam GP Series each season.
“With further backing from globally recognized brands such as Santander, Hankook, and Fiat, the Panam GP Series will be the most prominent race series in every country it races throughout Latin & North America.”
Panam GP has nine events on its current calendar, including the season kick off at Homestead Miami on April 6 and 7. Other events are in Mexico, Costa Rica, Peru, Chile and Ecuador.
